From coordinating specialist teams to managing timelines and quality control, Willie ensures every build runs efficiently and meets the highest standard.

Ruan drives the strategy behind the structure.

With over 15 years of experience in sales, marketing, and business operations, he leads the company’s commercial direction, guiding growth, strengthening client relationships, and overseeing financial and administrative performance.
